Crocs is hiring a Sales Team Lead in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. You will oversee opening/closing procedures, educate team members on products and promotions, and drive daily sales targets while delivering world‑class service to Crocs customers.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of total retail experience with a preference for candidates with previous store leadership role.
• Proven leadership abilities, with a passion for challenging, empowering, and driving team results.
• Strong written and verbal communication to store teams and partners.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding service to consumers using Crocs service model.
• Coordinate, delegate, prioritize and meet store deadlines with daily follow-up.
• Learn and assist in departments including consumer service, product knowledge, visual presentation, and stock room.
• Support daily retail operations: POS, stock replenishment, pricing, promotions, loyalty programs, cleanliness.
• Lead by example with sales-driven techniques and collaborate with Store Management.
• Adhere to Asset Protection policies including inventory control and shrink prevention.
