Job summary

KK Group of Companies (Retail) in Malaysia is seeking a capable retail professional to support daily store operations, handle stock movements, and assist with deliveries and returns. You will ensure clean, organized floors and provide friendly, professional service to customers.

The role requires 1–3 years retail experience, potential supervisory exposure, and ability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Qualifications

• SPM/Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree an advantage.
• 1-3 years retail experience; supervisory exposure preferred.
• Ability to lead and coordinate a retail team.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must have own transportation.
• Comfortable working rotating or flexible shifts, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily store operations, including receiving deliveries, checking merchandise, recording stock movements, arranging products, and processing returns.
• Keep the sales floor, storage areas, and other parts of the outlet clean, organized, and presentable.
• Use store equipment, machinery, and operational tools according to established procedures and safety guidelines.
• Take appropriate care of company property, merchandise, equipment, and other store assets.
• Attend to customers in a friendly, helpful, and professional manner.
• Respond appropriately to incidents or emergency situations and elevate matters to the relevant person when required.
• Represent and protect the company's brand image through professional conduct and service standards.
