Job summary

KK Group of Companies (Retail) is seeking a Shop Assistant to support daily store operations and deliver a positive shopping experience. You will handle stock, displays, POS use, and customer service in a busy retail environment.

The role requires flexibility to work weekends and holidays; Bachelor’s degree is an advantage and prior supervisory experience is a plus. Transportation is preferred in this Kuala Lumpur role.

Qualifications

• Experience or exposure to retail operations and customer service.
• Familiarity with POS systems and basic computer applications.
• Able to work flexible shifts including weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily store operations and keep the store organized.
• Receive and check incoming goods; record merchandise accurately.
• Arrange and replenish products; maintain attractive displays.
• Assist with stock checks, inventory handling, and returns.
• Keep the store clean, safe and customer-ready.
• Operate POS system and store equipment per guidelines.
• Attend to customers professionally and help with their needs.
• Support promotions, stock counts and peak hours.
