Job summary

KK Group of Companies (Retail) in Malaysia is seeking a Retail Sales Assistant to support store operations and deliver courteous customer service. You will assist with deliveries, stock control, merchandising, and maintaining clean, organized outlets while following safety procedures.

The role requires good communication, basic computer skills, and a willingness to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays. Ownership of transportation is preferred to support store activities.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with receiving and processing deliveries, checking merchandise condition, maintaining stock records, arranging products, and managing returned items.
• Keep the outlet neat, clean, organized, and presentable.
• Operate store machinery and equipment safely while complying with internal procedures.
• Take responsibility for the proper handling and protection of merchandise, equipment, and company assets.
• Assist customers with enquiries and requests while maintaining a courteous service attitude.
• Act according to emergency procedures and promptly notify the relevant person when an incident requires further attention.
• Maintain professional standards and contribute to a positive company and store image.
