Job summary

Ruma Home in Malaysia is seeking energetic individuals to join our retail team. You’ll deliver excellent customer service, assist with product recommendations, and help maintain appealing store displays in a fast-paced environment.

No experience is required as training will be provided; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. The role involves cashier duties, shifts including weekends and public holidays, and participation in daily store operations.

Qualifications

• Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English; Mandarin is an added advantage.
• Friendly, pleasant personality with a positive attitude.
• Fresh graduates welcome; no experience required; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service and provide product recommendations to customers.
• Support sales achievement and contribute to store sales growth.
• Maintain product displays, merchandising, and store cleanliness.
• Build rapport and positive relationships with customers.
• Handle cashiering duties and cash transactions accurately.
• Assist with daily store opening and closing procedures.
• Replenish and organize stock on shelves and in storage areas.
• Complete and maintain necessary paperwork and store records.
• Monitor store activities, track sales performance, and support daily operations.
• Attend to customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
