Job summary

Ton Xing Yuan Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a friendly and proactive retail associate to welcome customers, present products, and close sales. You will work towards sales targets and enjoy on-the-job training.

Fresh graduates are welcome; basic computer skills are required. Shifts include weekends and public holidays. The role offers an attractive commission with no cap and opportunities for development within the company.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM or equivalent.
• Good communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Attend to customers and provide excellent customer service.
• Introduce and recommend products based on customers’ needs.
• Assist customers with product selection and complete sales.
• Build and maintain good relationships with customers.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets.
• Maintain store cleanliness and ensure products are properly displayed.
• Assist with stock checking and daily store operations.
• Support promotional activities and other duties assigned by the supervisor.
