Job summary

BilaBila Mart in Malaysia is seeking a customer service-focused store associate to provide exceptional service, handle complaints professionally, assist in restocking, and process payments via the POS system.

The role requires at least SPM level education, fluency in English and Bahasa Melayu, and a growth-minded, adaptable team player. You will help maximize sales by observing buying patterns and supporting store management.
