Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience as a Retail Supervisor or Store Supervisor
• Experience in apparel, fashion, footwear, sports or FMCG retail preferred
• Diploma in Retail Management or related field
• Strong leadership, communication and customer service skills
• Good understanding of retail KPIs, sales performance and store operations
• Strong problem-solving, planning and time-management skills
• Proactive, team-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced retail environment
• Good product knowledge with a passion for sports and/or fashion
• Good command of English and local language
• Proficient in Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and supervise the retail team to achieve store sales and KPI targets

• Ensure the store is clean, organized and maintained to brand standards
• Handle cashier transactions accurately and efficiently
• Coach and develop team members through training, feedback and on-the-job guidance
• Ensure all team members consistently represent the brand’s values and standards
• Support the Store Manager in achieving overall store performance and operational excellence

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Experience in apparel, fashion, footwear, sports or FMCG retail is preferred.
