Job summary

AS Watson Group is seeking personnel to assist the store manager in hiring and managing staff rosters, leaves, welfare, and disciplinary issues. You will motivate and train staff on policy, SOP, customer service, and selling skills, while helping to develop strategies to meet sales targets.

You will also generate reports on staff turnover, sales, and inventory, and provide professional services to customers. Full/Part-Time positions are available, with weekend and public holiday shifts expected.

Responsibilities

• Assist store manager in hiring & managing staffs' duty roster, leave, welfare, disciplinary issues.
• Motivate & train staffs on company's policy, SOP, customer service & selling skills.
• Come up with strategy to achieve sales target.
• Generate & provide necessary reports (staff turnover, sales, inventory, etc).
• Provide professional services to customers.
