Job summary

AS Watson Group in Kuala Lumpur is seeking staff to assist the store manager with hiring, roster management, welfare and disciplinary issues. The role requires motivating and training staff on policy, SOP, customer service and selling skills, with focus on achieving sales targets.

You will generate reports on turnover, sales and inventory and provide professional customer services. Full- or part-time positions are available; weekend and holiday work is required.

Qualifications

• Possess pleasant personality and good communication skills.
• Candidate must possess at least a SPM /STPM /"A" Level/Pre-U, Professional Certificate in any field.
• Good interpersonal & follow-up skill, adaptable and result oriented.
• Able to work retail hours (includes weekends and public holidays).
• Full/ Part-Time positions available.

Responsibilities

• Assist store manager in hiring & managing staffs' duty roster, leave, welfare, disciplinary issues.
• Motivate & train staffs on company's policy, SOP, customer service & selling skills.
• Come up with strategy to achieve sales target.
• Generate & provide necessary reports as required (staff turnover, sales, inventory level, etc).
• Provide professional services to customers.
