Job summary

Beneunder Malaysia is seeking a passionate retail professional to enhance the in-store experience and drive sales. The role focuses on delivering outstanding customer service, understanding customer needs, and recommending suitable apparel.

You will maintain attractive visual merchandising, support daily operations, and collaborate with team members to meet targets. Fluency in Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia, and English is preferred.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least a SPM or equivalent.
• Independent and able to work with minimum supervision.
• Willing to work retail shifts, weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and understand customer needs.
• Advise on apparel to suit customers and offer alternatives.
• Maintain well-presented visual merchandise and displays.
• Assist with retail operations and sales goals.
• Lead and support team as needed.

Job Responsibilities :-

Responsible for customer's overall in-store experience by providing customer service, understanding customer's - needs, recommending suitable apparel to suit customer's needs, and offering alternatives to customers.

Maintain well-presented visual merchandise and display.

Experience with retail operations, planning, customer service, sales, and people leadership and management.

Perform other duties that are required.

Have a positive mindset to achieve great sales.

Requirements :-

Candidate must posses at least a SPM or equivalent

Independent and can work with minimum supervision

Must be willing to work according Retail Shift, Weekends and Public Holiday.

Must be self-motivated, proactive, good interpersonal skill and able to multitask.

Required language(s): Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia, English.
Good communication skills in Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia and English are preferred, as the role requires communication with customers.
