Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in retail, customer service, or store operations.
• Experience in a supervisory or senior retail role is an advantage.
• Basic team leadership, communication, customer service, problem-solving, and daily store operations.
• Basic to good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Responsible, positive, adaptable, customer-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Able to guide, motivate, and support store staff to achieve daily operational and sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations including managing colleagues, customers, delegating tasks, and handling returns/refunds.
• Conduct pre-opening briefings.
• Manage merchandising to optimize sales performance.
• Perform inventory management including stock-takes and reconciliation.
• Ensure compliance with safety and security SOPs.
• Attend to workplace incidents and report to HQ.
• Conduct staff training, coaching, and performance appraisals.
• Support store manager to cultivate customer-centric culture and administer store functions.
• Identify under-performing areas and implement sales improvement strategies.
• Analyze market trends and competition to align products with customer demand.
