SMARTEDGE TECHNOLOGIES SDN. BHD. – Sunway, Selangor is seeking a customer‑focused retail professional to engage customers with professional product consultation and drive sales conversions in a busy store environment.

Responsibilities include achieving individual and store KPIs, executing promotions, maintaining visual merchandising, stock accuracy, and ensuring daily operations align with SOPs. English and Bahasa Malaysia communication required, with shift work including weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer service is an advantage.
• Strong communication and sales skills with a customer‑focused mindset.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
