Job summary

Jora Malaysia is hiring a full-time contract position in customer service and retail operations in Kuala Lumpur. You will greet and assist walk-in customers, provide product information and recommendations, and help with cashier duties using POS.

This role involves handling cash and digital payments, stocking and maintaining tidy displays, and submitting daily sales and stock reports. Fluency in Bahasa Malaysia and English is required; previous retail experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.

• Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English.

Responsibilities

• Stay updated on product features, ingredients, and promotions to better assist customers.

You will greet and assist walk-in customers with product information and recommendations, distribute samples hygienically, process sales transactions via Point of Sales (POS) or manually, maintain the cart in clean and organized condition, handle cash and digital payments, and submit daily reports on sales, cash, and stock levels.
