Job summary

Qualifications

• B2B sales experience in Retail or similar service-driven sector.
• Must follow a structured sales process and deliver solution-based selling.
• Hunter mentality with proven penetration of retail accounts.
• Ability to present compelling business cases to senior managers.
• Sell full solution sets (TCR, TCD, Quick Change, DTP/Coin, CI, Service).
• Cash handling experience is advantageous.
• Strong ability to work independently with initiative.
• Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer focus and relationship building.
• Solid project management to coordinate internal/external resources.
• High integrity and work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Meet/exceed sales targets and drive new revenue streams.
• Regularly monitor accounts/markets for opportunities.
• Build product knowledge to support growth and cross-sell.
• Liaise with Sales team to deliver total product solutions.
• Develop and maintain relationships with account stakeholders.
• Create corrective action plans for customer problems when needed.
• Coordinate customer installations smoothly.
• Provide monthly reports and forecasts for key accounts.
• Monitor market trends and identify growth and risk areas.
• Communicate customer feedback to key stakeholders for future planning.
