Job summary

Oriental Coffee International Sdn Bhd (Retail) is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to actively promote restaurant-branded merchandise to in-store guests and at off-site events. You will set up attractive displays and engage customers with product stories and usage tips to drive purchases.

You will handle transactions when needed, maintain inventory, and ensure the brand is represented professionally. Evening, weekend, and special event shifts are required to support promotions and guest

Qualifications

• Previous experience in promotions, retail, or customer-facing roles preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident, energetic, and engaging personality.
• Passion for food, hospitality, and storytelling.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and during special events.
• Basic sales skills and familiarity with POS systems is a plus.
