Oriental Coffee International Sdn Bhd (Retail) is seeking a Retail Sales Associate for Vivacity Megamall Sarawak to promote merchandise and support events. You will help set up displays, engage guests, and share product stories to drive purchases.

The role emphasizes customer service, brand representation, and collaboration with marketing during promotions, with opportunities to earn incentives and bonuses based on performance.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in promotions, retail, or customer-facing roles preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident, energetic, and engaging personality.
• Passion for food, hospitality, and storytelling.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and during special events.
• Basic sales skills and familiarity with POS systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Actively promote restaurant-branded merchandise to in-store guests and at off-site events/pop-ups.
• Set up and maintain attractive merchandise displays in the restaurant and at promotional locations.
• Approach customers and share product benefits, stories, and usage tips to encourage purchases.
