Job summary

Royal Selangor International Sdn Bhd is seeking a Retail Sales Associate in Malaysia to drive in-store sales targets, deliver high-level customer service, and assist customers with product information and gift ideas.

Responsibilities include product demonstrations, maintaining store presentation, processing quotations and orders, and inventory support. Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia required; weekend/holiday shifts may apply.

Qualifications

• Possess at least SPM, Professional Certificate/Diploma in any field.
• Preferably with minimum 1 year of retail sales experience.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Basic computer skills.
• Dynamic, friendly and a team player.
• Able to work on rotating shift schedule including weekends and public holidays.

Job description

To achieve outlet daily/monthly sales target, recognize sales opportunities and ability to maximize the sales opportunity via up and cross selling. Establish long-term relationships with customers, improve customer buying interest and build the brand confidence. Act as brand ambassador to portray professional and high level of customer service at all times.

Job Requirements:

Possess at least SPM, Professional Certificate/Diploma in any field

Preferably with minimum 1 year of retail sales experience

Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia languages.
