Job summary

Oriental Coffee International Sdn Bhd (Retail) is seeking a dynamic promotions and retail ambassador to actively promote restaurant-branded merchandise to in-store guests and at off-site events, set up displays, and engage customers with product stories to drive purchases.

You will work at Queensbay Mall Penang, supporting marketing campaigns, maintaining inventory, handling transactions, and representing the brand professionally during evenings, weekends and special events.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in promotions, retail, or customer-facing roles preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident, energetic, and engaging personality.
• Passion for food, hospitality, and storytelling.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and during special events.
• Basic sales skills and familiarity with POS systems is a plus.
