Crocs, Inc. is seeking a Sales Associate in Penang to deliver exceptional customer experiences and support store goals. You will educate customers about Crocs products, assist with promotions, and contribute to team success in a fast-paced retail environment.

The role requires basic computer skills, POS operation, and flexibility to work rotating shifts including weekends and public holidays. Growth opportunities exist within a dynamic, global brand.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Possess at least SPM / O Level or above.
• Minimum 1 to 2 years of working experience, preferably in retail.
• Fluent in English; other languages are a plus.
• Flexible to work on rotational shifts, including nights, Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.
• Basic computer proficiency in Word, Excel and Email and able to operate retail POS system.
• Desire to succeed in a high growth, fast-paced retail environment.

Responsabilités

• Deliver outstanding service to consumers using the C.H.A.R.M. service model.
• Contribute to a positive team environment that encourages ideas and feedback.
• Learn and assist in departments: consumer service, product knowledge, placement, visuals, and stock room management.
• Support daily retail operations: POS, stock replenishment, pricing, promotions, loyalty programs, cleanliness.
