Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• At least SPM / O Level or above.
• Minimum 1–2 years of working experience, preferably in retail.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in other language(s) is an advantage.
• Willing to work on rotating shifts including nights, Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to operate retail POS system.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding service to our consumers using our CHARM service model.
• Proactively contribute to a positive team environment with suggestions and concerns.
• Learn and assist in various departments within the store (consumer service, product knowledge, placement, visual presentation, stock room).
• Support daily store operations including POS management, stock replenishment, pricing and markdowns, loyalty programs, and cleanliness.
• Lead by example with Store Management to improve personal KPIs through sales-driven techniques.
• Adhere to Crocs Asset Protection policies and procedures, including inventory control and compliance.
