Job summary

Manjaku Holdings Sdn Bhd is seeking a friendly Retail Assistant to help customers identify and purchase products in our Malaysia Mum-to-Baby store. You will deliver excellent service and greet customers professionally, ensuring a positive shopping experience.

Key duties include handling POS transactions, receiving stock, maintaining neat displays, and staying updated on product information, promotions and pricing while following all company policies.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of sales or retail experience.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia.
• Positive, customer-oriented attitude and comfortable working in a retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in identifying and purchasing products that meet their needs.
• Deliver excellent customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Understand customers’ needs and recommend suitable products.
• Welcome, greet and engage customers professionally.
• Explain product features, benefits and usage accurately.
• Maximize sales opportunities and contribute to store revenue.
• Handle POS transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Assist with receiving, checking and arranging new stock and shipments.
• Ensure products are properly displayed and the sales floor is neat and organized.
• Keep updated on product information, promotions and pricing.
• Follow company policies, procedures and operational guidelines.
