Job summary

Speed Auto Parts & Accessories Sdn Bhd – Puchong New Village is seeking a customer-focused showroom assistant to greet walk-in customers, answer inquiries and guide product selections. You will support the sales team with orders, databases and reports while maintaining an organized showroom and pricing.

Basic photo/video editing for marketing materials will be done under guidance. Multilingual communication is valued.

Qualifications

• Provide excellent customer service to walk-in and phone-in customers and assist with product selection.
• Assist the sales team with administrative tasks including databases, orders and reports.
• Maintain an organized showroom with correctly displayed and priced products.
• Create simple marketing materials via basic photo/video editing under guidance.
• Handle cash and card transactions accurately using the POS system.
• Communicate in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin for smooth sales.
• Learn the product catalog to provide basic information to customers.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist walk-in customers, provide product information and direct to sales staff.
• Keep the sales floor clean, organized and inventory accessible.
• Prepare quotations, process sales orders and manage customer databases.
• Answer inquiries via phone/email and escalate complex issues to senior staff.
