Job summary

Uniqlo Malaysia is hiring for a customer-focused staff member to prepare the store, greet customers, and assist with product recommendations. You will maintain merchandise displays, check stock, and ensure clean and welcoming shopping spaces.

The role requires good English, a diploma or bachelor’s degree, and a willingness to work on a shift basis including weekends and public holidays. We value integrity, teamwork, and a proactive attitude.

Qualifications

• Required education: Diploma/ Bachelor Degree and above.
• Good in English (communication, reading and writing).
• Flexible to work on shift basis, including Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays.
• Pleasant, well-groomed, and enjoy interacting with people.
• Customer oriented, team player, and possess initiative.
• Have strong integrity, discipline, and honesty at all times.

Responsibilities

• Prepare the store for customers' shopping experience.
• Perform cleaning at merchandise fixtures, check stock and replenish as needed.
• Greet customers with a smile and offer a basket.
• Assist customers with product advice and wear recommendations.
• Be the product specialist and learn about offerings.
• Follow training plan and take initiative for self-learning on products and services.
• Check with supervisor when in doubt and take ownership of products.
• Understand items' selling points, challenges and propose ideas to improve for customers' buying.
• Respect the working environment and colleagues; be a team player.
• Avoid gossip and maintain respectful, professional conduct.
