Job summary

Pure Presence Sdn Bhd is seeking a proactive Retail Partnership & Business Development Executive to manage offline retail partners and grow the network, including pharmacies and large chains.

You will handle account management, field sales and retail marketing, travel to outlets, and drive campaigns and KPIs while building a strong pipeline of opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of sales, business development, or marketing experience.
• Fluent reading/writing in Mandarin Chinese and English.
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Own transport and valid driving licence.
• Willing to travel to retail outlets.
• Must have own laptop.
• Comfortable working with sales targets and KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain good relationships with existing retail partners and regularly follow up with sellers
• Monitor monthly sales, inventory and stock replenishment for each outlet
• Keep retail partners updated on current promotions, product information and selling points
• Visit retail outlets when required to check stock, product display and provide support/training to sellers
• Consolidate and prepare monthly offline sales reports
• Plan and manage localised Facebook/Meta ads for selected retail outlets
• Monitor advertising performance and optimise campaigns to achieve agreed ROAS/KPIs
• Identify and approach potential new retail partners, including pharmacies, health stores and other suitable retailers
• Arrange meetings, present partnership opportunities and follow up with potential partners
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of new retail opportunities
