Job summary

Nardell Resources Sdn Bhd is seeking a Business Development Executive to expand our merchant network and contribute to client campaigns in Malaysia. You will identify, approach, and negotiate with merchants, support loyalty programs, and act as the main contact for partners through campaign lifecycles, delivering reports and performance summaries.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of client-facing experience in negotiation or partnerships.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Confident presenting to decision-makers.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

• Identify, approach, and negotiate with merchants to secure deals in campaigns.
• Source merchant partners and present campaign ideas for loyalty programs.
• Serve as the main contact for merchants and manage communications.
• Prepare reports and performance summaries for internal and client use.
