Job summary

Bio Harvest Sdn Bhd is seeking a Senior Executive - Sales to grow our brands in the retail sector. You will drive offline market presence, bridge traditional retail and digital commerce, and lead field teams across regions.

You will develop client networks, plan promotions, and collaborate with Marketing on omnichannel campaigns. Fluent English and Bahasa Malaysia are required, Mandarin is a plus, and a driving license is essential for frequent travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in any field.
• 3–5 years of Sales experience in FMCG or Consumer Trade.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular fieldwork to meet retail customers, manage orders, and ensure product availability across territories.
• Source and acquire new corporate clients and retail outlets to expand distribution.
• Plan, execute and monitor trade promotions and in-store activations to boost visibility and sales.
• Coordinate with Marketing to align offline promotions with online campaigns (TikTok Shop or Shopee).
• Build and maintain relationships with key retailers to optimise stock and display layouts.
• Use sales data to track performance, analyze trends, and report to Management on field performance.
• Supervise Merchandisers and mentor junior staff to support professional growth.
