Sunway Multicare Pharmacy is seeking a Marketing Executive to source supplier partnerships and manage advertising and promotional activities. The role focuses on securing marketing funding, driving brand visibility, and coordinating campaigns that align with business goals across outlets in Malaysia.

The ideal candidate holds a marketing degree with 1–2 years in retail pharmacy or healthcare, and is proficient with GA, SEO, social media tools, and email marketing software.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in retail pharmacy, healthcare, or FMCG preferred.
• Proficiency with marketing tools and platforms (GA, SEO, social media, email).
• Creative thinker with strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Source and manage supplier partnerships for marketing support and funding.
• Negotiate to secure funding, optimize pricing, and identify savings.
• Build relationships with suppliers, agencies, media, and vendors for co-marketing.
• Plan and execute trade marketing, campaigns, contests, roadshows, sampling, launches.
• Manage marketing budgets and ensure resources align with targets.
• Collaborate with Area/Outlet Managers to implement campaigns and planograms.
• Monitor KPIs, market trends, and store performance for improvements.
