• 2–3 years' experience in lease administration, licensing, or GTO reporting.
• Experience with local licensing processes is preferred.
• Proficient in Excel and Google Sheets.

• Manage lease renewals, terminations, and coordination with landlords for Malaysia and Singapore.
• Handle licensing, utilities and insurance matters for stores.
• Consolidate monthly sales data and prepare Gross Turnover (GTO) reports.
