Job summary

Adecco (Portugal) is seeking a Leasing Operations Executive – Payments & Reconciliation for a 12-month contract in Malaysia. You will manage leasing payments, account reconciliations and payment processing for a portfolio of luxury retail stores, reporting to the Head of Leasing & Operations.

The role requires 3+ years in leasing or finance operations, strong Excel skills, and English proficiency. Experience with SAP, MyMarket, or similar ERP is preferred; you will coordinate with landlords,

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in leasing payment operations and/or finance operations
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills including formulas, data sorting and tables
• Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy in financial work
• Good communication and stakeholder management with English proficiency
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and meet tight month-end schedules
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field preferred

Responsibilities

• Rental Payments & Landlord Reconciliation: manage end-to-end monthly rental, utilities, and ancillary payments; complete account reconciliations with landlords
• Purchase-to-Pay Administration: create and track POs in MyMarket and SAP; monitor payment status and resolve invoice discrepancies
• DFM Query Management: handle DFM case queries to clear invoice blocks and maintain smooth processing
• Vendor & Partner Coordination: follow up with landlords, internal stakeholders and payment vendors to ensure timely disbursements
• Internal Alignment: coordinate with Division Finance and Retail teams for accurate accruals and contract compliance
• Payment Monitoring: track outstanding invoices and payments and coordinate follow-ups for timely resolution
