Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in any field required.
• 2-3 years of retail operations management experience.
• Ability to work on shift, weekends and public holidays.
• Own transportation may be required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that all advertised products, facilities and services are correct and updated.
• Ensure that assets are in good condition and train team members accordingly.
• Participate in ensuring safety and security equipment are in good working condition.
• Provide and organize training to improve professional skills of the team.
• Adhere to store budgeted expenditures.
• Manage returns and ensure procedures are followed.
