Qualifications

• Must hold a Diploma or Degree.
• 2-3 years in retail operations management or related field.
• Computer literacy with MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint/MS Teams.
• Ability to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Own transportation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that all advertised products, facilities and services are correct and updated.
• Maintain assets in good condition; train team members to do the same.
• Ensure safety and security equipment are in good working order.
• Provide and organize training to improve professional skills of your team.
• Adhere to store budgeted expenditure.
• Manage returns according to procedures.
