Job summary

AEON Malaysia, a leading retail company, seeks an experienced Retail Operations Manager to oversee store operations, asset care, and training initiatives. You will ensure accuracy of advertised products and services, manage budgets, and enforce return procedures.

Requirements include a Diploma/Degree, 2–3 years in retail operations, and proficiency with MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Teams; you must be able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays and have your own transport.

Qualifications

• Possessed at least Diploma/Degree Holder in any field.
• 2-3 years of working experiences in retail operations management/related field.
• Computer literacy: MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Team.
• Able to work on shift, weekend, & public holiday.
• Possess own transportation.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that all product, facilities and services that were advertised and promoted are correct and updated.
• Report any discrepancies immediately.
• Ensure assets are in good condition and train team members to do the same.
• Participate in ensuring safety and security equipment are in good working condition.
• Provide and organize training to improve professional skills of your team.
• Adhere to store budgeted expenditure.
• Oversee returns of goods according to procedures.

Ensure that all product, facilities and services that were advertised and promoted are correct and updated. Any discrepancies must be reported immediately

Ensure that Assets are in good condition and to train team member to do the same as well

Participating in ensuring that all safety and security equipment are in good working condition

Provide and organize training to improve professional skills of your team.

Adhere to store budgeted expenditure

Returning of goods are done according to the procedures

Job Requirements:

Possessed at least Diploma/Degree Holder in any field.
