SHINS is seeking a Retail Operations Manager in Kuala Lumpur/Selangor to lead daily store operations, drive sales, and develop leaders across premium beauty brands. You will manage staff, track performance, and ensure customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or similar.
• Ability to analyze data and understand business needs.
• Strong communication and people skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily store operations including sales, staff, and making sure customers are happy
• Lead and support a team of sales supervisors to hit sales targets
• Recruit, train, and develop future leaders in the team
• Keep track of daily sales and make sure monthly and yearly goals are met
• Share feedback on sales, promotions, customer opinions, and market trends
• Manage store inventory to keep stock levels right and avoid shortages
