Job summary

Luxury Careers Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Store Manager to deliver exceptional customer experiences while driving store performance in Kuala Lumpur.

You will lead and motivate the team, manage opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and ensure a pristine, business-ready environment daily. Responsibilities include coaching staff, handling POS transactions, stock replenishment, merchandising, pricing updates, loyalty promotion, and loss prevention.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 2-3 years of retail experience, preferably with supervisory or store leadership.
• Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Passion for retail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
• Proven ability to lead and develop teams while achieving sales and operational targets.

Responsibilities

• Coach and develop team through ongoing coaching and feedback.
• Support daily store operations including customer service, POS transactions, stock replenishment.
• Coordinate daily operations, delegate tasks and ensure priorities are met.
• Stay up to date on products, promotions, and new launches to engage customers.
• Drive sales while ensuring policy compliance, inventory control, and loss prevention.
