Job summary

Shiseido Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking a Retail Specialist to drive sales performance and operational excellence across assigned counters in Penang. You will act as the liaison between Shiseido and retail partners to deliver premium customer experiences and achieve commercial objectives.

You will lead Beauty consultants, monitor performance, and ensure seamless stock planning, merchandising, and events while maintaining brand standards and store visuals.

Qualifications

• Experience leading frontline retail teams.
• Experience managing multiple retail locations and field operations.
• Experience working with retailer partners and managing store performance.

Responsibilities

• Drive achievement of retail sales targets and KPIs across stores and territories.
• Monitor sales performance and identify opportunities and gaps with action plans.
• Support and guide Beauty consultants to maximize sales productivity and conversions.
• Coordinate stock planning and replenishment with Sales & Operations Manager.
• Conduct regular business reviews and store performance analyses.
• Build relationships with retailer management and key stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities for business growth and market share expansion.
• Monitor attendance, productivity, and team discipline.
• Drive operational excellence across all counters.
• Ensure counters have stocks, testers, and promotional materials.
• Conduct regular inventory checks and ensure accuracy.
• Coordinate tester and POSM requirements.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and retention of Beauty consultants.
• Ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
