Job summary

Luckin Coffee in Malaysia is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee multi-store operations, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and an exceptional customer experience across outlets. You will lead Store Managers, optimize processes, and ensure adherence to brand standards and SOPs.

The role requires 5–7 years in multi-unit retail or F&B operations, strong leadership, data-driven decision making, and excellent English and Bahasa Malaysia. Travel across locations is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Hospitality, or related field.
• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in multi-unit retail or F&B operations management.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end store operations, KPIs, and P&L drivers.
• Proven leadership capability managing large frontline teams.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is an advantage).
• Willing to travel frequently across locations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of multiple outlets ensuring consistency in service and standards.
• Drive operational efficiency, productivity, and cost control across stores.
• Coordinate new store openings, relocations, and operational rollouts.
• Monitor store KPIs including sales, labour cost, food cost, shrinkage, and customer satisfaction.
• Lead, coach, and develop Store Managers and Assistant Store Managers; succession planning.
• Ensure strict adherence to SOPs, food safety, hygiene, and local regulatory requirements.
• Act as the key liaison between stores and HQ (HR, Training, Supply Chain, Marketing).
• Provide timely operational insights and recommendations to senior management.
