Job summary

Succeo Retail is seeking a retail manager to oversee daily operations across outlets in Malaysia. The role focuses on ensuring smooth daily operations, monitoring visual merchandising, and maintaining service standards. You will lead and train staff, drive customer service excellence, and support sales initiatives.

The successful candidate will manage manpower, stock levels, and travel for store visits, with a six-day work week and own transport required.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the fulfillment of all operational supports requests from retail outlets to ensure smooth and efficient running of outlets daily operation.
• To monitor retail visual merchandising and to ensure compliance.
• Lead, train, motivate and develop retail staff in promoting courtesy and improving customer service standards.
• Assist in sales and marketing activities in effort to achieve outlet growth.
• Responsible in managing manpower allocation, managing and motivating retail staff, stock level monitoring.
