Qualifications

• SPM and above.
• 3+ years of proven store management experience.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in inventory management and operational procedures.
• Knowledge of marketing and promotional strategies.
• Ability to motivate and train staff.
• Attention to detail and regulatory compliance awareness.

Responsibilities
