Job summary

Poh Kong Holdings Berhad in Malaysia is seeking a Retail Operations Executive to drive efficiency across its store network and enhance performance. You will lead audits, analyze performance data, and manage projects to improve productivity and compliance.

Responsibilities include coordinating licences, OSHA compliance, security arrangements, and vendor management. You will work with branches and central teams to implement improvements and monitor results, traveling to branches as required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Retail Management, Business, Management or related fields.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience, preferably in retail operations.
• Experience in store operations, audit, reporting or project management is an advantage.
• Good communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and willing to travel to branches.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular store visits and audits to identify gaps and ensure compliance.
• Analyze store performance data and recommend action plans.
• Lead improvement projects and coordinate with departments and vendors.
• Manage licenses and regulatory renewals for the business and hostels.
• Coordinate OSHA requirements and ensure OSH-C compliance.
• Arrange security guard deployments and monitor SLA performance.
• Monitor security vendor performance against SLA requirements.
