People Profilers Pte Ltd seeks a Retail Operations Executive to provide operational support to service centres across Klang Valley and to assist in planning and coordinating marketing initiatives designed to drive sales and growth.

The role involves monitoring sales performance, analyzing data to track KPI achievement, and supporting the development of sales strategies and customer engagement activities. You will coordinate manpower and ensure adherence to procedures and ISO quality standards.

Qualifications

• Degree in Science or a related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of supervisory experience in the retail sales industry.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and leadership skills with a pleasant and approachable personality.
• Sales-driven, results-oriented and preferably with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Strong organisational, analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to travel frequently within Klang Valley.

Retail Operations Executive – Klang Valley

Provide operational support to service centres across Klang Valley, working closely with service centre management to ensure smooth daily operations.

Assist in planning, coordinating and implementing marketing initiatives and business development activities to drive sales and business growth.

Monitor daily, weekly and monthly sales performance, analyse sales data and track service centres' progress towards KPI achievement.

Support service centres in developing effective sales strategies, promotional activities and customer engagement initiatives.

Coordinate manpower arrangements, including staff leave management, relief staff deployment, performance assessments and employee confirmation.

Ensure service centres comply with company operating procedures, CRM practices and ISO quality standards.

Provide guidance, coaching and training to new staff to enhance customer service standards and achieve sales targets.

Compile, analyse and prepare sales reports and operational updates for management review.

Assist in service centre maintenance, renovation and the setup of new service centres.

Foster teamwork, maintain positive working relationships and promote a high-performance working culture.

Undertake other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.

Requirements
