Job summary

Senheng Electric (KL) Sdn Bhd is seeking a Retail Operations Executive for Johor/Melaka. You will monitor sales performance, travel to branches to manage stock levels, and ensure outlets run smoothly while coordinating with HQ on communications and marketing initiatives.

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Preference for Mandarin speakers and candidates with retail experience. Good communication and problem-solving abilities are essential for this dynamic team.

Retail Operation Executive (Johor/Melaka)

Monitor and support in all aspects that contributes to sales performance.

Travel to Branch locations to ensure stock level is appropriate and operations are running smoothly

To ensure a proper stock level is maintained and handle delivering issues.

To build up a rapport with the retail merchandisers.

Ensure retail outlets are running smoothly.

Capable of working as a part of the team and take initiative to schedule marketing activities.

Responsible for new staff recruitment for a new shop opening.

Act as a middle person for all communication in between retail operation and HQ.

To execute and develop marketing plans and strategies.

Requirements:

Degree in any Field

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Possess own transport and willing to travel.

Candidates fluent in Mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with Mandarin speaking suppliers.

Candidate with retail experience will have added advantage.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong problem-solving skills and able to cope with stress & changes.
