Senheng Electric (KL) Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a Retail Operation Executive for the East Coast Region to monitor and support sales performance, ensure stock levels, and liaise with HQ for smooth operations.

The role involves recruitment for new shop openings, coordinating marketing activities, and acting as a liaison between retail operations and HQ. Fresh graduates are welcome, and Mandarin fluency is preferred for supplier interactions.

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Studies or equivalent.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Possess own transport and willing to travel.
• Willing to work 6 DAYS PER WEEK.
• Candidates fluent in Mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with Mandarin speaking suppliers.
• Candidate with retail experience will have added advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and able to cope with stress & changes.
