Job description

We’re looking for a Retail Operations Admin to join our team. If you’re passionate about retail operations admin we’d love to hear from you.

1. Store Audit & Operations (Core)

Conduct regular store visits and audits to identify operational gaps, ensure compliance with standards, and follow up on corrective actions.

Work with branches and relevant departments to resolve operational issues and implement improvements.

2. Admin, Compliance & Security

Manage business, hostel and regulatory licenses and renewals, ensuring all staff hostels are properly registered and licensed.

Coordinate OSHA requirements and meetings and ensure the OSH-C Coordinator complies with applicable regulations.

Manage daily administrative tasks and maintain proper filing and documentation

Coordinate security guard arrangements for stores, roadshows and events, including vendor deployment, service issues and invoicing.

Monitor security vendor performance against agreed Service Level Agreement (SLA) requirements.

Qualifications:

Diploma or Degree in Retail Management, Business, Management or related fields.

1–2 years of relevant experience, preferably in retail operations.

Experience in store operations, audit, reporting or project management is an advantage.

Good communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and willing to travel to branches.
