Job summary

HTFU Restaurant Sdn Bhd is seeking an IT infrastructure specialist to support and maintain the organisation's store and head office IT ecosystem. You will handle first- and second-line support, configure POS hardware, and ensure reliable network and cloud environments.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in IT/CS and 3–5 years in IT infrastructure or operations support, with strong problem-solving and travel to stores as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in IT, CS or a related technical field.
• 3–5 years in IT infrastructure, systems administration, or operations support.

Responsibilities

• Maintain end-to-end IT ecosystem for stores and head office.
• Provide first-line and second-line IT support for stores and head office to minimize operational downtime.
• Configure, troubleshoot and maintain IT hardware including POS terminals, PCs, printers, tablets and network equipment.
• Support POS-related systems, peripherals, and device configuration across platforms.
• Coordinate with external vendors and consultants; escalate and validate solutions when needed.
• Develop and maintain preventive maintenance for critical store IT equipment to reduce failures.
• Collaborate with Operations, Finance, Commercial and Marketing to ensure tech meets business needs.
