DKSH Management Ltd. seeks an Executive, Technical Support to ensure IT infrastructure reliability across DKSH's retail outlets in Malaysia. You will manage POS systems, keep outlets connected, and ensure smooth data integration with mall servers.

The role requires a Diploma in IT or equivalent, 2 years IT managerial experience, and strong LAN/WAN, hardware knowledge along with proficient MS Office skills. Be prepared for a collaborative, detail-focused environment.

Qualificações

• Diploma in Information Technology or a relevant discipline.
• 2 years IT experience in a managerial capacity.
• Foundational knowledge of hardware components and networking principles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong analytical capabilities with high accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Familiarity with office administration procedures.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, configure, and coordinate deployment of POS terminal sets to outlets.
• Monitor and troubleshoot outlet network connections to maintain uptime.
• Liaise with shopping mall management teams for data integration with servers.
• Coordinate with MYIT to develop back-end scripts for data transfer.
• Manage end-to-end POS operations, performance, and issue resolution.
• Review synchronization data accuracy and rectify discrepancies.
• Perform administrative duties including asset movement tracking and network billing.
