Job summary

Elitez Pte Ltd is seeking a Retail HR Supervisor to oversee HR operations for about 100 store employees and lead a team of 3 HR Executives in Kuala Lumpur. You will manage payroll, recruitment and manpower planning for stores, and handle employee relations and HR reporting.

The role requires hands-on payroll processing and strong knowledge of Malaysian employment practices, with 3–5 years of experience in HR and supervision. Retail/multi-outlet experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in HR, Business Administration or related field is required.
• 3–5 years HR experience with supervisory experience preferred.
• Hands-on payroll processing experience is required.
• Good knowledge of Malaysian employment practices and statutory requirements.
• Strong employee relations, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail in payroll and employee records.
• Experience in retail or multi-outlet operations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and guide a team of HR Executives; allocate tasks and monitor progress.
• Review the accuracy and quality of HR work across stores.
• Prepare and manage monthly payroll for all store employees.
• Collect and verify attendance, overtime, commissions, allowances, deductions, and leave data.
• Ensure payroll calculations and employee information are accurate.
• Manage recruitment for retail store positions and onboarding.
• Lead manpower recruitment for new store openings with timely fill of roles.
• Collaborate with Area Managers on manpower needs and hiring priorities.
• Handle employee inquiries, grievances, and workplace issues.
• Ensure HR practices align with company policies and Malaysian regulations.
