Job summary

Sri Ternak Group of Companies is seeking an HR Operations Executive (Generalist) to support day-to-day HR functions across our retail stores and corporate offices in Malaysia. You will help manage the employee lifecycle, assist with payroll inputs, and ensure payroll data accuracy while upholding compliance and HR processes.

The role demands attention to detail, strong coordination, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 0–2 years of experience (Retail HR experience preferred).
• Understanding of HR policies and SOPs.
• Basic understanding of salary structure and OT calculations.
• Entry-level candidates must have theoretical knowledge of basic Employment Act 1955.
• Basic knowledge of labor laws and payroll processes.
• Familiarity with MS Excel and HR2000 systems.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Problem-solving attitude.
