Lotuss Stores Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. is hiring a Human Resource cum Admin professional for our Klang Valley Store. This full-time role blends HR and administrative duties to support store operations, payroll, and employee relations.

You will manage recruitment, onboarding, payroll processing, benefits, and HR documentation while ensuring compliance with Malaysian regulations and company policies. The role requires strong organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Experience in HR and administrative roles, preferably in a retail or customer-facing environment.
• Strong knowledge of Malaysian employment law and labour regulations.
• Proficiency in HR management systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with staff at all levels.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping and data management.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive HR information professionally.
• Problem-solving mindset with a customer service orientation.
• Experience with payroll processing and benefits administration is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment and onboarding processes for store staff, including job postings, interviews, and orientation programmed
• Administer payroll, attendance records and employee benefits to ensure accurate and timely processing
• Provide HR support to store management on employee relations, performance management and disciplinary matters
• Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation in compliance with company policies and Malaysian employment regulations
• Handle administrative tasks including scheduling, correspondence, filing and general office management
• Process leave applications, claims and other employee requests
• Assist with workplace compliance, health and safety initiatives, and employee welfare programmes
• Liaise between store staff, management and head office on HR-related matters
• Prepare HR reports and maintain relevant databases

Education
