• Handle general office tasks and document management.
• Process leave, claims and employee requests.
• Support health and safety initiatives and welfare programmes.
• Liaise between staff, management and head office on HR matters.
• Prepare HR reports and maintain databases.
• Ensure compliance with Malaysian employment laws.
